Think you know CS2 well enough to predict the winner before the match even starts? It's time to put that knowledge to the test — and get rewarded for being right. We're excited to introduce CSMarketCap Pick’Em, a brand-new feature that turns watching professional Counter-Strike 2 matches into a competition with real CS2 skin rewards. Predict match winners, call the exact map scores, collect points, and climb the leaderboard. At the end of each season, the top 10 players will walk away with CS2 skins and the best part? It's completely free to play.

What Is CSMarketCap Pick’Em?

CSMarketCap Pick’Em is a free CS2 prediction game where players compete to prove who really understands the professional Counter-Strike scene. Follow every tournament? Know which teams are in form, who's struggling, and which underdog might pull off a massive upset? Now your predictions can actually earn you something. Before a match begins, choose the team you think will win. Feeling confident? Predict the exact map score for an opportunity to collect even more points. Once the match is over, your prediction is automatically evaluated, and any earned points are added to your account. The more accurate your predictions, the higher you'll climb on the seasonal leaderboard.

How Does the Points System Work?

We've designed a simple scoring system that rewards both correct predictions and smart calls.

🏆 +10 Points — Winner

Pick the winning team correctly and earn 10 points.

🎯 +15 Points — Exact Score

Predict the correct winner and exact map score to receive an additional 15 points.

💀 +5 Points — Underdog

Back a team supported by less than 35% of Pick’Em participants when predictions lock, and if that team wins, you'll earn another 5 bonus points.

That's up to 30 points from a single match!

For example, correctly predicting an underdog victory with an exact 2–1 map score earns you all three bonuses and don't worry about getting something wrong. Incorrect predictions earn zero points, but you won't lose any of the points you've already collected.

How to Participate in CSMarketCap Pick’Em

Getting started takes just a few minutes.

Step 1 — Sign in with Steam

Head over to pickem.csmarketcap.com and connect your Steam account.

Step 2 — Choose an Upcoming Match

Browse upcoming matches from tier-one CS2 tournaments and select the matchup you want to predict.

Step 3 — Lock In Your Prediction

Choose the winner and optionally predict the exact map score for extra points.

You can change your prediction until the first pistol round of the opening map begins.

Step 4 — Earn Points and Climb the Leaderboard

Once the match is complete, your points are usually credited within about 10 minutes.

What Can You Win?

Here's where things get interesting. At the end of the season, the 10 players with the most points will receive CS2 skins and we're not talking about just any rewards.

Here are the top five prizes for Season 01:

🥉 3rd Place — AWP | Printstream (Field-Tested)
4th Place — AK-47 | Aphrodite (Minimal Wear)

Players finishing between sixth and tenth place will also receive CS2 skins. Check out the full prize list to see every reward available this season. Winners will receive their skins through Steam Trade Offers after the final standings have been reviewed. Make sure your Steam trade link is valid, Steam Guard has been enabled for at least seven days, and your account has no trading restrictions.

When Does the Season End?

Season 01 officially kicked off on October 13, 2026. The exact end date will be announced separately, so keep an eye on CSMarketCap's official channels. Until then, every upcoming match is another opportunity to collect points and move up the leaderboard. Consistency matters. You don't need to predict every result perfectly — but regularly making smart picks could be what separates you from the competition and with up to 30 points available per match, the leaderboard can change quickly.
