M249 | Warbird was added to the game on November 18, 2019, as part of The Shattered Web Collection, which was released alongside the start of Operation Shattered Web.

The body of the machine gun is painted cold gray and complemented by various technical inscriptions, icons and an image of a star located on the handguard. The upper part of the handguard is painted yellow. The entire body of the machine gun is artificially aged and stained with rust.

Float Value of the skin is limited ​​from 0.05 to 0.65, which makes M249 | Warbird available in all conditions. Scratches and abrasions are already present on the body of the machine gun in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions increase slightly, the entire body of the weapon is coated with a layer of patina, which makes the skin look noticeably darker.
