P90 | Cocoa Rampage was added to the game on December 3, 2020, as part of The Broken Fang Collection, which was released alongside the start of Operation Broken Fang. The skin was created by .krM5 and mara_der.

The design is made in a cartoon style. The body of the submachine gun is adorned with an image of an apocalyptic scene, including such details as: clouds of smoke, burning meteorites, lightnings, as well as numerous images of dinosaurs. The pattern is painted in yellow-brown colors. Individual parts of the weapon are coated with olive paint.

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.60, which makes P90 | Cocoa Rampage available in all conditions. Small abrasions are already present on the body of the submachine gun in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, more than 50% of the paint layer is peeled off.

The quality of P90 | Cocoa Rampage is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin has a StatTrak option.
