XM1014 | Charter was added to the game on December 3, 2020, as part of The Control Collection, which was released alongside the start of Operation Broken Fang.

The barrel, receiver, and magazine are adorned with a pattern in the form of ribbons, monograms, and text fragments from the medieval document Magna Carta. The pattern is painted in beige colors. The handguard, handle, and buttstock are not painted.

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.65, which makes XM1014 | Charter available in all conditions. Small abrasions already appear on the body of the weapon in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, more than 50% of the paint layer is peeled off.

The quality of XM1014 | Charter is Consumer Grade. The skin is not available with a StatTrak counter and has no souvenir option.

XM1014 | Charter became popular after the release and remains in demand today.
