Desert Eagle | Kumicho Dragon was added to the game on February 17, 2016, as part of The Wildfire Collection, which was released alongside the start of Operation Wildfire. The skin was created by The Honey Badger.

The slide is coated with gray metallic paint and complemented with a white image of an oriental dragon. The handle is made in purple and engraved with a round logo and an image of a dragon.
