M4A1-S | Atomic Alloy was added to the game on May 1, 2014, as part of The Huntsman Collection, which was released alongside the “Hunt Begins” update. The skin was created by Coridium, Thurnip, Zaphk, .red, Machinata, and FACEIT.com.

The body of the rifle is adorned with graphic elements made in various shades of orange. The central part of the weapon is complemented with a pattern in the form of a translucent hexagonal grid. Individual parts of the rifle are adorned with pixel camouflage made in various shades of brown.

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.90, which makes M4A1-S | Atomic Alloy available in all conditions. The first abrasions appear in different parts of the rifle in Minimal Wear condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the entire body of the weapon has significant abrasions. In some parts of the rifle, the paint layer is almost completely peeled. The remaining paint layer becomes noticeably darker.
