M4A1-S | Icarus Fell was added to the game on May 26, 2015, as part of The Gods and Monsters Collection, which was released alongside the start of Operation Bloodhound.

The design of the skin is based on the legend of Icarus. The central element of the design is an image of a teal circle surrounded by feathers. The pattern is complemented by images of wax drops painted using a teal gradient. The barrel and part of the buttstock are coated with gray-blue paint.

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.10, which makes M4A1-S | Icarus Fells available only in Factory New and Minimal Wear condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, small abrasions appear in different parts of the rifle.

The quality of M4A1-S | Icarus Fell is Restricted. The skin is not available with the StatTrak counter and has no souvenir option.
