MP5-SD | Necro Jr. was added to the game on January 21, 2022, as part of The Dreams and Nightmares Collection. The skin was created by hook and KvaHu.

The skin’s design is made in cartoon style. The body of the submachine gun has been painted dark brown and complemented by images of funny multicolored creatures. The barrel features an image of a chicken head with a long neck, open beak and bulging eyes. The handguard is unpainted and embossed with strings of volumetric dots.

The quality of MP5-SD | Kid's Necronomicon is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin has a StatTrak option and is one of the winners of the Dreams and Nightmares skin contest.
