MP7 | Guerrilla was added to the game on September 22, 2021, as part of The Operation Riptide Collection, which was released alongside the start of Operation Riptide. The skin was created by BASBAY.

The weapon’s body has been unevenly painted in khaki and complemented by black stripes and a large monkey head icon. The design features black and red accents, several inscriptions, and an image of a black star located on the handle.

The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes MP7 | Guerrilla available in all conditions. Scratches and abrasions are already present on various parts of the body in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions increase, and the skin looks noticeably darker.
