The second-rarest pattern variations contain only a shape resembling a heart. Patterns with shapes resembling a dogbone or an angel are less rare and considered to be the most common ones.

Navaja Knife | Slaughter was added to the game on August 2, 2018, alongside “A New Horizon” update. The skin is available in the cases “Horizon” and “Danger Zone”.

The blade and the front part of the handle are adorned with an abstract pattern made with aluminum and chrome paints and coated with red translucent paint. The main part of the handle remains unpainted.

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.26, which makes Navaja Knife | Slaughter available only in Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested condition. Small scratches and abrasions are already present in different parts of the blade and the front part of the handle in Factory New condition. At Float Values close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions increase significantly.

The quality of Navaja Knife | Slaughter is Covert. In some pattern variations, the elements of the pattern create different shapes resembling a heart, a diamond, an angel, etc. The skin has a StatTrak option and belongs to the "Slaughter" series.

Navaja Knife | Slaughter was very popular after the release, but today its popularity has decreased.
