SSG 08 | Fever Dream was added to the game on March 31, 2020, as part of The Prisma 2 Collection, which was released alongside the "Clearing Out the Cobwebs" update. The skin was created by Hoxton and Apel.

The body of the rifle is coated with black paint and adorned with a pattern of children's drawings painted with white, pink and blue crayons. The pattern includes various images and abstract ornaments as well as the inscriptions “Pain”, “HAHAHA”, “Careful”, “#Headshot”, “Good Night” and others.
