Tec-9 | Flash Out was added to the game on October 18, 2019, as part of The CS20 Collection, which was released alongside the “Cache and Release” update. The skin was created by MultiH.

The upper part of the pistol is coated with metal paints and resembles the design of a flashbang. The color scheme includes green, teal and various shades of bronze. The magazine, the handle, and the trigger are not painted.

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.70, which makes Tec-9 | Flash Out available in all conditions. Small abrasions appear on the body of the gun in Minimal Wear condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the size of the abrasions increases slightly, the remaining paint layer becomes noticeably darker.
