The body of this SMG has been painted with a complex mechanism pattern. The skin’s color scheme comprises beige and brown colors. The design features a few gold accents. The barrel, handles, magazine, and buttstock remain unpainted.

The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 0.49, which makes UMP-45 | Mechanism available in all conditions. Small abrasions are already present on the body of the weapon in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, more than 50% of the paint layer is peeled off.
