Pattern variations with shapes resembling a diamond (or a diamond and a heart) are considered to be the rarest and the most expensive ones. The second-rarest pattern variations contain only a shape resembling a heart. Patterns with shapes resembling a dogbone, butterfly or zebra are less rare and considered to be the most common ones.

The blade of the knife is adorned with an abstract pattern made with aluminum and chrome paints and coated with red translucent paint. The handle remains unpainted.

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.26, which makes Flip Knife | Slaughter available only in Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested condition. Levels of wear can be determined by the size and number of abrasions, which start to appear on the corner of the blade close to the handle. At Float Values close to the maximum, all edges of the blade have significant abrasions. On the corner of the blade, the paint is completely peeled.

The quality of Flip Knife | Slaughter is Covert. In some pattern variations, the elements of the pattern create different shapes resembling a heart, a diamond, a dogbone, etc. The skin has a StatTrak option and belongs to the "Slaughter" series.
