Karambit | Slaughter was added to the game on August 14, 2013, alongside "The Arms Deal" update. The skin is available in 11 cases released in 2013-2015.

The blade of the knife is adorned with an abstract pattern made with aluminum and chrome paints and coated with red translucent paint. The handle remains unpainted.

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.26, which makes Karambit | Slaughter available only in Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the knife has several abrasions located in the central part of the blade, on the edges of the ring and on the corner of the blade close to the handle.

The quality of Karambit | Slaughter is Covert. In some pattern variations, the elements of the pattern create different shapes resembling a heart, a diamond, a dogbone, etc. The skin has a StatTrak option and belongs to the "Slaughter" series.
