MAC-10 | Aloha was added to the game on May 23, 2017, as part of The Hydra Collection, which was released alongside the start of Operation Hydra. The skin was created by Chemical Alia.

The receiver is adorned with a pattern of hibiscus flowers and leaves. The pattern is painted in red and beige colors. The rest of the weapon is not painted.

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.65, which makes MAC-10 | Aloha available in all conditions. Small abrasions are already present on unpainted parts of the weapon in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the receiver also has significant abrasions.
