CS2 Inspect Link Viewer
Paste a CS2 inspect link and see that exact item in 3D — its float, pattern seed, stickers and charm, exactly as they are in game.
Works with inspect links copied from Steam inventories, market listings and in-game chat.

- 1
Copy the inspect link in Steam
Open the Steam Community Market or any player's inventory, find the item, right-click the “Inspect in Game…” button and choose “Copy Link Address”. The link points at that one exact copy of the skin, not at the listing in general.
- 2
Paste it into the field above
Paste the link into the input and press Inspect — the request only goes out when you press it. No Steam login, no CS2 launch, nothing to install, and the item stays in the page URL, so a reload opens it again.
- 3
Rotate the item and read its data
The skin is rebuilt in 3D from its own float value and pattern seed, with every sticker in its slot and the charm where it hangs. Open it fullscreen for a closer look, then copy the page link to share the very same view.
Frequently asked questions
An inspect link is a steam://rungame/730/… URL that Valve issues for one specific item in one specific inventory. It carries that item's asset ID, so it always points at that exact copy of the skin — its float value, pattern seed, stickers, charm and name tag — and not at the skin as a market listing.
On the Steam Community Market or in a player's inventory, right-click the “Inspect in Game…” button next to the item and choose “Copy Link Address”. Inspect links also travel in trade offers and in-game chat — anything starting with steam://rungame/730/ works here, and you can paste it with or without the steam:// prefix.
No. The item is decoded and rendered in your browser, so you can inspect a skin from a phone, from a work machine, or while CS2 is updating. Opening the same link in Steam launches the game and shows the in-game inspect screen — this page gives you the same item without any of that.
The float (paint wear) is a number between 0 and 1 that decides how worn the finish looks and which exterior the item falls into, from Factory New to Battle-Scarred. The viewer reads the float straight out of the link's item data and repaints the textures for that exact value, so the scratches you see are the ones on this copy, not on an average one.
The pattern seed is a number from 0 to 1000 that decides where the finish is cut from its pattern sheet. It is what makes one Case Hardened a blue gem and the next one plain, what separates Doppler phases and what sets a Fade percentage. The 3D view is built for this item's seed, so a rare pattern is visible before you buy.
Yes. Stickers sit in their real slots with their scratch level applied, a charm hangs from the slot it was attached to, and a name tag is drawn as the printed dataplate the game bolts onto the weapon. A StatTrak™ counter shows the kill count this copy carries.
Yes — “Copy page link” gives you a URL with the inspect link inside, so whoever opens it lands on the same item with the same float, seed and stickers. The viewer is free, needs no account and leaves no watermark. For a small set of items — vanilla knives and the newest glove finishes — the exact wear cannot be repainted yet, and the page says so while every value in the data panel stays exact.
