At levels of wear close to the maximum, the size of the abrasions increases slightly, the remaining paint layer becomes noticeably darker.

USP-S | Kill Confirmed was added to the game on September 17, 2015, as part of The Shadow Collection, which was released alongside the “Shadow Boxing” update. The skin was created by Tuna Melt.

The body of the pistol is painted burgundy and adorned with an image of a gray skull shattered by a bullet. The flying bullet leaving a fiery trace is painted on the slide and the silencer. The design is complemented by images of blood spatter and bone fragments.
