StatTrak™ SCAR-20 | Fragments

The StatTrak™ SCAR-20 | Fragments is an attractive skin, featuring a fragmented, geometric design primarily in hues of blue and black. It is part of the Bank Collection, and was released in 2020.

The Fragments is classified as 'Mil-Spec', making it relatively common with a high drop chance. However, its appealing design brings value to the skin despite its readily available nature.

Since its introduction, the SCAR-20 | Fragments has received consistent attention from players for its balanced contrast of simplicity and detail. It is part of the Bank Collection, more about which can be seen at Bank Collection.

While not as sought-after as some rarer skins, the Fragments holds its own with its distinctive aesthetic and is often seen in the inventories of many players, casual and professional alike.

This skin is designed exclusively for the SCAR-20 sniper rifle.

The Fragments skin is distinguished by its fragmented, geometric pattern that covers the entire body of the rifle. This gives the gun a sleek and modern look.

The skin has not been linked with a specific event or operation, instead it is a part of the regularly available collection of skins.

The design of the Fragments skin is reminiscent of modern art movements, specifically cubism, incorporating geometric shapes and lines to create a visually captivating pattern.

Designed by Valve.

The detailed fragmentation pattern of the skin is achieved through advanced texturing, providing a clean and appealing visual effect.

The community has provided positive feedback for its balance of simplicity and detail, rating it highly for its visual appeal and wide availability.

While it does not hold a significant historical value, the Fragments skin adds diversity to the Bank Collection with its modern-styled design.

The popularity of this skin can be attributed to its modern, abstract design, StatTrak™ feature and high drop rate that makes it easily accessible to various players.

The skin's popularity isn't linked to any particular event, but its availability as part of the Bank Collection can be considered as its main influence.

The creation of the Fragments entailed a careful process of design and texturing to achieve the geometric look, aligning it with modern art and design trends.

The design of the Fragments skin can be seen as a reflection of modern art ideology, symbolizing the harmonious blend of order and chaos, continuity and disruption.

Players often opt for the Fragments skin for its sleek design and StatTrak™ technology that allows them to keep track of their successful frags, adding an additional layer of immersion to their gaming experience.

The Fragments skin adds variety and diversity to the weapon skin designs, inspiring more distinctive and unique concepts among the community and skin designers.

Although not frequently featured in major esports tournaments due to its common rarity, the Fragments skin is still a popular choice among SCAR-20 users for its unique design.

The Fragments skin, with its StatTrak™ feature, often houses players' stories of incredible victories and close calls, as every successful frag gets etched onto the skin's surface.
